MVBA Grants

​

The MVBA offers four (4) unique grants to churches in the association.  Fill out the form to apply for one of the grants offered by the MVBA

Evangelism Grants

The Evangelism Grant is to be used for evangelistic purposes only. The Gospel must be shared at the event, this can include training prior to your event.              

 

To qualify for this grant a requesting church must be…

  • An active participant in the life of the MVBA as defined in the MVBA CB&L

  • A financial supporter of the MVBA.

  • A financial supporter of the Cooperative Program or of an SBC entity directly.

You can only apply for one Evangelism Grant per calendar year

The MVBA requires that after your event you send a report in so we can celebrate the outcome with you.

Colorado Missions Offering Grant

The Colorado Mission Offering Grant is for any purpose the church sees fit.  This money can be used for facility improvements and equipment purchases.

              

To qualify for this grant a requesting church must be…

  • An active participant in the life of the MVBA as defined in the MVBA CB&L

  • A financial supporter of the Colorado Mission offering in the last calendar year

You can only apply for one CMO grant per Calendar year.

The MVBA requires that after your event you send in a report so we can celebrate the outcome with you.

MVBA Emergency Grant

The Emergency grant is to assist churches with an emergency repair or replacement cost. 

To qualify for this grant a requesting church must…

  • An active participant in the life of the MVBA as defined by the MVBA CB&L

Each Grant request will be decided on by the MVBA Admin Team.

MVBA Hardship Grant

The Hardship Grant is to assist a church that is going through a rough season in the life of the church and financially is in need of assistance to give a hand up.  The hardship grant is given over a 5 month period.  $1000 the first month, $750 per month for two month, $500 per month for 2 months.

 

To qualify for this grant a requesting church must…

  • Agree to meet with the Regional Director to look over the finances of the church, the budget of the church and to discover other ways the MVBA or the CBGC may be able to assist the church.

  • Commit to becoming an active participant in the life of the MVBA as defined by the MVBA CB&L.

You can apply for one hardship grant through the MVBA.

 

 

You are not guaranteed to receive a grant when requested and all decision are made by the MVBA Administrative Team and subject to availability of funds.
